Jillibean Soup Embossed Donut Christmas Card

Hello fellow donut lovers!

I love using my older stamps and transforming them for different holidays. Donuts are a great canvas for Halloween, Easter, Valentines or Christmas colours. With the holidays upon us, a delicious Christmas donut card is on the menu!

This card came together so quick & easy! I stamped the donut image from Jillibean Soup’s ‘Coffee & Donut’s’ stamps set. I love how the sprinkles are separate from the image so you can customize them with a different colour.

I coloured in my stamped background with Prismacolour Premier coloured pencils.

I used Versamark ink to stamp the sprinkles on the donuts and embossed them using Lawn Fawn’s white embossing powder and red & green embossing powder from Martha Stewart. I love the way the sprinkles are raised and add a nice touch to the plain donuts.

I used a few scraps I had from various Doodlebug Christmas collections around and a piece of Christmas ribbon to create the embellishment.

I mounted it on a piece of adorable patterned paper from Doodlebug’s Milk & Cookies collection, and that was that!

Click the products to get them for yourself! I’ll be out….getting a donut!
