Watercolour Pocket Page Inserts

I was browsing around Michael’s the other day and came across this adorable stamp, I knew I had to buy it!

I stamped it on some 3×4″ watercolour cardstock to create pocket page inserts.

I wanted to try 2 different styles and colours and choose my favourite for my album. Here’s the ones I created:

I love the way this blue one turned out! I was going for a galaxy sort of look. After the paint had dried I painted on some Glamour Dust and hand stitched a border. This one is definitely my favourite!

I love the soft colours and the gold on this one! I find the sentiment pops a bit more. After the paint was dry I brushed some gold acrylic paint along the edges and adhered a few sequins. This one will be given to a friend that also uses pocket pages.

Did you ever sing this some to your kids? I remember it from when Sharon, Lois & Bram used to sing it!
