Altered Project Life Card

In this post I’m going to show you how a simple alteration to a 3×4 Project Life card can help you embellish a 4×6 Project Life pocket.

I started with a 4×6 background cardstock in pink, a trimmed down photo with rounded corners and a 3×4 Project Life card.

That’s my youngest daughter when she was a baby in her Jolly Jumper. She loved that thing!

I trimmed the Project Life card down by an inch or so. I wanted to maintain the bottom of the speech bubble. I rounded the top corners of the card to match the others.

Now, my printing absolutely stinks. We’re talking like a monkey writing with a crayon here. So I type all of my journaling and use sticker sentiments and titles as often as I can.

I added some colourful paper and stickers to decorate and was pretty happy with it!

I slipped this in a 4×6 pocket page and I can’t help but smile every time I look at it! She’s 8 now, so this photo seems like a lifetime ago!

Thanks for looking!
