Nothing says Christmas layout like…October!?
I was in the mood today for a bit of holiday scrapping! While I’m good at taking tons of photos and jotting down the notes and memories, embellishing the album is another story. I’ll be caught up eventually!
Today I used Doodlebug Design’s ‘Here Comes Santa’ collection to create a Project Life layout of my daughters first Christmas.
I used the Becky Higgins Fuse tool to create a separate pocket, then fused it to the page, creating a flip-up for additional photos. This is a great way to get in some extra shots or lots of journaling!
On the center row, far right photo, you’ll notice the border is not one included in the collection…or is it!?
If you’re looking at your 12×12 This & That sticker sheet, down at the borders you’ll notice that between the green and red border is a white strip, separating them. Pull up on that strip and you have a bonus border!
I’ll squeeze as much Doodlebug as I can out of my stash!
The ‘Christmas’ sentiment in the middle is actually from last years Sugarplums collection. The Christmas in this collection is super cute but way too wide for a 4×4 square. Lucky for me, Doodlebug collections usually interchange fairly well!
Thanks for looking!
